We are a neurodivergent-led Community Interest Company (CIC) created to improve support and outcomes for neurodivergent people.
Our story
We started Neurodiverse Connection to deliver better outcomes for the people we work with (and to provide a better working environment for our own team).
As individuals, we had all faced barriers and challenges in employment, so we set out to create Neurodiverse Connection as a work environment where neurodivergent professionals could be empowered to help other neurodivergent people.
What is a Community Interest Company?
As a Community Interest Company, we are committed to financially benefiting the neurodivergent community.
We are happy to see any profits we make reinvested in projects to support positive social change. We aim to create the change we want to see by facilitating opportunities for creation, connection, fulfilment, and purpose to help people to live happy, healthy and meaningful lives.
Our team
All of our work is delivered and led by neurodivergent team members.
We work with other colleagues of all neurotypes to support high quality delivery, depending on availability and need. We also regularly work with artists and graphics teams to develop original content, as part of our holistic approach.
