Our Training Curriculum

We can deliver individual sessions, or combine topics into a bespoke, modular curriculum.

All our training is tailored to meet your needs. Sessions can focus on a variety of topics, covering mental health inpatient or community services, employment, parenting or more.

How is our training delivered?

We offer a variety of formats for our training, ranging from 1 hour sessions to multiple-day courses. Sessions can be held either virtually, or in-person.

Who delivers our training?

All our training is delivered by lived experience leads. We will work with you to identify the team member best suited to support you with this work.

This versatile and adaptable training can be delivered to hospital teams, community teams, educators, third sector groups. We can also deliver training to Neurodivergent people and groups as well as families and carers
