What makes our training different?

    The training is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, social model of disability approach. We aim to centre lived experience and promote inclusive, person-centred practices. All our training is suitable for both Neurodivergent and Neurotypical participants.

    The training incorporates both research and lived experience, with a focus on real-world relevance and Neurodivergent voices. Our training is designed to challenge stereotypes and offer practical insights rooted in real-world experiences.

  • Online or in-person

    Our training topics can be delivered online, or as in-person sessions within the UK (depending on location and group size). We use secure, accessible platforms for online sessions, offering optimum accessibility and flexibility for your training needs.

  • Tailored to your industry or role

    We offer tailored sessions for specific industries (e.g. healthcare, tech, education, public sector) or particular roles (e.g. HR teams, managers, disability networks). Custom content and examples can be developed to suit your context.

  • Flexible formats

    We offer flexible formats, including introductory sessions (60–90 minutes), half-day, or full-day sessions. We can also tailor the length and depth based on your group's needs.
