The book has been developed with Autistic advisors and contributors, with Autistic young people’s experiences detailed throughout the book. The workbook focuses on building a positive sense of self and pride in being Autistic. The book can be used in conjunction with it’s company text: Autism, Identity and Me: A Professional and Parent Guide to Support Positive Understanding of Autistic Identify.
