The Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), is a National organisation working on issues relating to equality and human rights. They have a helpline to advise and assist individuals who may be facing discrimination. The EASS also accept referrals from organisations which, due to capacity or funding issues, are unable to provide 'in depth help and support' to local users of their services local users of their services. The organisation is an accessible and inclusive service. They are able to support a wide variety of different languages and provide advice to Deaf members of society through their partnership with the Royal Association for Deaf people. In addition to the helpline they have a large online resources library to help with discrimination – including template letters to send to employers. Please note that the EASS helpline does not provide legal advice.
