This short article examines Autistic Burnout. For people currently experiencing symptoms of Burnout they can be hard to manage and deeply upsetting. The author addresses some issues around recovering from Autistic Burnout. This is done through exploring the research around duration of Autistic Burnout. The author offers advice on how you can use your experience of Burnout to predict the length of episodes and examining the cause of the Burnout. The article concludes with ways recovery pathways can help with Burnout duration and predicting how long an episode might last. There is also a section on further information and support.
