Culture of Care Standards for Mental Health Inpatient Services

£0.00

NHS England (2024)

These standards are guidance for all providers of mental health inpatient care. They were developed to realise a culture of care within inpatient setting – developed for people in need of care, their families and the staff providing this care. The standards are applicable across all NHS-funded mental health inpatient service types, including those for Autistic people, people with a learning disability and specialist services such as mother and baby units, secure services and children and young people. The standards were co-produced with a range of stakeholders including people with lived experience of inpatient services and their families.
