Become an NdC Associate
We are looking for Autistic individuals based in either North East England, South West England, or South Wales to join our Associate network.
Role information

We are looking to expand our team of associates in specific parts of the country.
Due to the majority of our work being centred around autism, and our training being delivered from a lived experience perspective, we are looking for Autistic associates (diagnosed or self identified) only.
All associates at NdC:
are self-employed
are home-based (we do not have a physical office)
travel locally and nationally depending on the nature and location of the work
deliver work both face to face and virtually
The quantity of the work available is dependent on the nature of the contracts we are working on.

Experience
Experience of developing and delivering neurodivergent training (essential)
Experience working within the health and social care sector (essential)
Experience of reviewing and supporting improvement in individual care and support. This includes building and maintaining relationships, providing constructive and robust challenge to poor practice, engaging health and social care professionals in adapting ways of working to be autism informed. (desirable)
Location
Based at home located in either the North East or the South West of England, or South Wales
Travel will be required locally and nationally depending on the nature and location of the work
Suitable equipment, home-based workspace and reliable fast internet required
General
Previous experience of being self-employed
Good organisational skills
Experience delivering training on Microsoft Teams and Zoom

A positive check would not necessarily prevent you from getting the role.
