Booking policy

Summary 

The policy below details booking and refunds for Neurodiverse Connection’s training, programmes and public events. The policy covers cancellations, no-shows and extenuating circumstances.

Bookings 

Cancellations 

We ask that if you require your space on an event to be cancelled you can follow the link on your confirmation email or inform us via email at booking@ndconnection.co.uk   

Where possible we ask for a minimum 14 days’ notice of cancellation.  

Transference of Reserved Space 

If you find that once you have booked your place on a Neurodiverse Connection training, programme or public event that you are unable to attend and inform us more than 14 days before the event, Neurodiverse Connection, at our own discretion, will transfer you to the next iteration of the event or an equivalent.     

No-Show 

If you do not inform Neurodiverse Connection that you are not attending an event within 7 days of the date of the event you will not be entitled to a refund and you will be marked as a no-show.   

Refunds  

Cancellations 

Should it be necessary for Neurodiverse Connection to cancel a paid-for event then you will be refunded in full (100%) regardless of when the cancellation took place.   

Due to the necessary costs incurred when hosting and running an event, Neurodiverse Connection has a strict refund policy should you cancel your place at one of our paid-for events.  

In the event that you need to cancel your booking the following with apply: 

  • Cancellation within 14 days – Full refund 

  • Cancellation within 7 days – 50% refund 

  • Cancelation within less than 7 days – No refund 

No-Show 

If you do not cancel within the timeframes outlined above Neurodiverse Connection will not offer refunds on missed events. This is due to the costs of running training, events and programmes and to ensure that the costs to those running the training, events and programmes is covered.  

Extenuating Circumstances   

We understand that there are extenuating circumstances for example medical emergencies which mean that you cannot attend an event that you had been planning to attend. In such events we will, at our discretion, offer places on future training. If you have had to miss an event due to events beyond your control – such as medical emergencies, transportation breakdown or force major – please contact booking@ndconnection.co.uk to discuss transferring your place.
